Returns with an Original Sales Receipt

Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed, unworn and in sellable condition. Merchandise may be exchanged or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid when returned within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the current selling price or price paid, whichever is lower. A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt. Moksita llc reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and verify the original sale before processing a return.

Mail Return Policy
To mail in your return, send us an e-mail using the initiate return form below, including “Quantity Returned” and “Reason Code”. Once we verify the purchase we will send you an e-mail with alink to print the return label. You can take this to the closet USPS store and they will take care of your return. We will deduct a $6.95 fee per order for postage when the pre-paid postage label is used. International customers should contact their local customers office for the return of duties and taxes. If you would like to use a carrier other than USPS, please follow the instructions and you ship by paying your own postage above and ship your return to:

Shipping fees involved in making a return to Online Store will not be reimbursed. Packages must be pre-paid or returned using the pre-paid USPS shipping label. Please visit USPS.com to find your nearest USPS drop-off location or schedule a pick-up. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
